The Nautilus Leverage Smith Machine uses a counterbalanced bar on a fixed, guided path for squats, bench presses, and shoulder presses. The bar rotates to rack between sets, and adjustable safety catches let you set a lower stop for each exercise. Built-in storage keeps weight plates close at hand, while rubber feet help protect the floor.
